Titus and Kristy Lloyd
Working With the National Council of Grace Churches in Malawi
After a visit to Zambia in 2007 the Lloyds knew God was calling them to Africa. In 2008 they arrived in Zambia and hit the ground running. Titus worked with the Kabwe management team to reopen the Internet Cafe. He also began the process of establishing a budget to sustain the work there. Kristy had to quickly learn sign language in order to continue the deaf ministry while other missionaries were on home assignment. A year later, after accomplishing many of their original goals, GMI asked them to consider a move to Lilongwe, Malawi, to help with the work in that country.
In Malawi, the Lloyds will be working with the newly formed National Council of Grace Churches in the areas of administration, finances and children's ministries. Titus will be working to establish the head office for the All Africa Grace Fellowship and Harvest Time Missions, as well as starting a computer school and Internet Cafe. Kristy will be focused on home schooling their children and administration of the school in Senga Bay.
