Molinas in Malawi - PTL for the safe arrival of Joel and Darcy Molina and their six children in Malawi on October 11 where they were met by Dan Moyer and Kennedy Simtowe. They are presently staying at the GMI retreat center on Lake Malawi as they look for a house to rent in the city of Lilongwe where Kennedy and Sofia Simtowe live. Please pray that they will find a house to rent and that the government will quickly grant their work permits. Pray also for Joel as he works with Kennedy in training leaders for the grace churches in Malawi and begins outreach ministries into Mozambique.

Ladies Retreat in Costa Rica - Joy Befus reports of the excellent ladies retreat held last month with 30 ladies in attendance. Six of them were not Christians but one of them believed on the Lord Jesus Christ and four others are very close. Pray for them. PTL for His protection when the brakes gave out on the van while driving to the retreat center in heavy rain. The first night they lost all electricity and their evening service had to be cancelled. Joy writes that in spite of this "Satan did not win. We had the most amazing spiritual time as we talked about ‘peacemakers’ - working through conflicts properly - first in the family and then in the church. We concluded with a wonderful prayer service. To God be all the glory and thanks."

Bentons' Update - Please pray for Mike and Terese Benton and their four children as they approach the time for their return to Tanzania the last week of November. Terese’s mother is seriously ill, so please remember Terese and her family. Pray that Terese will have wisdom in making important decisions.

Candidate Update - Please pray for our missionary candidates as they speak in churches and visit friends in preparation to leave for their fields of ministry - Aimee Johnson (Uruguay), and Titus and Kristy Lloyd and their children (Zambia).

Good Report from Congo - PTL for 237 professions of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ made in the Congo during the first four months of 2007. Please pray for Pastor Banatchombi, head of the evangelism department of the Congo Grace Churches, who reported the good news. Pray especially for him as he and his fellow-workers reach into areas where there are no churches. Pray also for Fred Vinton who is teaching one hundred 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th graders in our high school in Kipaka. Fred is teaching the Old Testament portion of the Firm Foundations curriculum. Pray for the students who come from a variety of religious backgrounds, including Muslims. Pray for the salvation of those who are unsaved.

Youth Ministry in India - Please pray for Timothy, colleague of Subash and Sandra Muthyala in the ministries in India. Since his graduation from seminary six months ago, Timothy has been focusing his ministry on the youth of our churches. He has started several groups that he teaches, as well as training leaders for this ministry. PTL for the 50 young people who now attend regularly.

Back in Tanzania - PTL for the safe return to Tanzania of Mike and Lynn Caraway and Cory and Kim Hodgson and their two children. Pray for them as they get back into their ministries and begin new ones. Pray especially for the Caraways who will be exploring with the Grace Church leaders the feasibility of starting an orphan care ministry in Tanzania.

Zambia Update - Carl Moyer praises the Lord for growth that he sees in the lives of members of the city church. Tim Meier reports that three people believed on Christ as Savior at the Mufulira church during an all-night prayer meeting.

Prayer Requests from Uruguay - Ricki Anne Zanella requests prayer for housing, residency permit, a car, and getting more settled into life and ministry in Uruguay.

News from the Reeds - Dan and Mary Sue Reed are praising the Lord for the good adjustment their children made as they began a new school year in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, this fall. Please pray for our MKs. Many are home schooled, other attend school where they live, and others are going to boarding school.
