Trevor Sherman - Steve and Barb Sherman praise the Lord for protecting the life of their son, Trevor, who through God's help was able to endure a ruptured appendix with no medical care for the first twelve days. PTL for the successful surgery done in Grand Rapids on June 19. Please pray for the Sherman family as they return to Tanzania on July 5, the Lord willing.

Congratulations - Casey Caraway (Tanzania) and Jaymin Cox (Puerto Rico) have graduated from high school and will be attending Grace Bible College in the fall. We thank the Lord for these two MKs and ask you to pray for them as they leave home and begin their college education.

Family Bible Camp in India - PTL for the blessings shared by over 100 of our church families when they attended a Family Bible Camp for six days last month in the city of Vishakapatnam. The focus topic was "God's Family" and Subash Muthyala taught regarding relationships that matter to God, husbands, wives, children and others. Everyone left rejoicing especially that God made them part of His wonderful family for all of eternity! Please pray for Sandra Muthyala who is suffering with a bad back problem.

Puerto Rico Update - PTL for one of our longtime youth who placed his trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. Something has happened which John Cox has never heard of before -- prayer meetings started, organized, and attended by teens. Please pray for God's encouragement for these teens.

Bill and Sue Vinton in Kipaka - Bill and Sue Vinton (Congo) flew to Kipaka where they spent eight days with Fred and Karen Vinton teaching seminars to our church leaders in the Kipaka area. PTL for a group of Muslim men who Fred is teaching. Please pray that the Holy Spirit would convict these men of the futility of what they are trusting in and prepare them to understand His way of salvation.

Costa Rica Ministry Update - Jeremy Clark reports that on June 18 they had a successful first service of the two cell groups that meet in the area of Santo Domingo. This is a first step towards a possible new church plant. There were 40 in attendance -- 20 adults and 20 youth (typical of the demographics of the area). The preaching and music was done by two Costa Rican members of the ministry team. Please pray for the various cell groups held by the church in the San Jose area. PTL for eight people who have come to faith in Christ through the testimony of our church members. God's people are doing the work of the ministry in the church and outside the church as well.

Bolivia News - Please pray for elections that will take place on July 2 in which 200 representatives will be given the task of rewriting the national constitution. Pray especially for several issues being proposed—nationalization and secularization of all schools; an end to the evangelization of indigenous peoples; and refusing to grant visas for foreigners entering as missionaries. PTL for the cell groups started by the church in Cochabamba. One of those attending a cell group is the head coach of a professional soccer team who recently shared with the group that he had accepted the Lord Jesus as Savior. God is at work and bringing people into the lives of Jerry and DeAnna Olson—people who have the opportunity of influencing others for Christ.

Pray for Sally Roth - Please be in prayer for Sally Roth (Zambia) who injured her knee and will need to come back to the States in early July for surgery and six weeks of physical therapy. Please pray for Jeff who will remain in Zambia teaching at the Bible Institute.

Updates from Tanzania - PTL for 12 fishermen who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ in a fishing village in the Rukwa Valley. Ted Rabenold was going to make a trip by boat to some of the villages along the lake but the motor would not start. Ted figured that evidently God wanted him to preach in the village of Mahameni where the 12 men were saved. God is good -- all the time.
